The Center's website provides educational materials on topics such as buying a home, obtaining the right type of mortgage, refinancing, and avoiding foreclosure, and links and contact numbers for many of the nonprofit organizations, local governments and housing organizations with which they partner to provide support for Minnesota homeowners. The Minnesota Home Ownership Center hosts a number of community events for home owners concerned about their existing mortgage and facing possible foreclosure.
