Powers of Attorney

Creating a Power of Attorney and naming someone to be your Attorney-in-Fact is a serious undertaking as the Attorney-in-Fact will then have the same power as you do over your finances and/or with regard to the transactions that you authorize him or her to perform on your behalf.

For Health Care Directives (formerly known as Living Wills or Health Care Power of Attorney), see our section on Health Care Directives in Minnesota.
